Polaroid Hug is an AI-powered service that creates artistic images showing users hugging their younger selves in a Polaroid-style format. Our service processes user-uploaded photos to generate these creative compositions.
Privacy-First Design: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your input photos are processed in memory and immediately deleted after generation. We never store your personal photos on our servers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Only upload photos that you own or have permission to use
- Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our AI technology
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating your requested images.
Generated Images: You own the AI-generated images created by our service. You may download, share, and use these images as you wish. You also have full control to delete them from our servers at any time.
Our Technology: The AI technology, algorithms, and service infrastructure remain our intellectual property.

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate high-quality, unwatermarked images. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.
Free Trial: New users receive one free generation to try our service.
Refunds: Due to the immediate nature of AI generation, credits are generally non-refundable once used. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion for technical issues or service failures.
You may not use our service for:
- Uploading photos of individuals without their consent
- Creating images for deceptive, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
- Uploading explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content
- Attempting to overwhelm or damage our systems
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polaroid Hug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
